Background and objectives

Following the spin-off of PJSC UOS in 2016 as an organizational and legal structure separate from PJSC ANK Bashneft, it was necessary to create an independent Automated Information and Measuring System of Commercial Electricity Metering at PJSC UOS.

It was decided to start with the metering project for diphenylolpropane production and then expand it to include the entire plant. As a result, the system has become the foundation for the future Integrated Control and Operation System of all power facilities at Ufaorgsintez.

 

Solution

The SEDMAX software package collects data from low-level devices within the existing multi-service data transmission network using C-1.02 GSM-modems (where communication channels were not available). The following electricity meters were used as low-level devices:

  • SATEC EM720

  • SET-4TM.03M.09

  • PSCh-4TM.05M

 

System functions:

1.     Collection, processing, and storage of data received from electricity meters
2.     Generation and automatic e-mailing of XML reports based on the requirements of the wholesale electricity market (report 80020, 51070).

 

UOS Automated Information and Measuring System of Commercial Electricity Metering in Diphenylpropane Production is registered in the Register of Measuring Instruments with entry number 62554-15.
